Online Submission

All submissions must be made on-line through the online submission system. Please use your email address and password to log in the online submission system. Please Click the icon “Paper Submission”, find your accepted abstract on the table below then click “upload paper”.

General Formatting

• Paper Size: A4 paper (21.0 cm x 29.7 cm) with all margins of 2.5 cm.
• Page Limit: Maximum of 6-8 pages.

Manuscript Structure

In general, authors are encouraged to provide the format and style of the manuscript below:

• Title page
• Abstract
• Key words
• Introduction
• Materials and Methods
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• Acknowledgements

Figures, Tables, and Equations

• Figures, diagrams and tables should be inserted in the appropriate position using the same typing.
• Only metric units (SI) should be used in a manuscript.
• Equations should be numbered consecutively and referenced in the text (e.g. Eq. 1).

References

• References should be listed in alphabetical order and appear at the end of the manuscript.
• References in the text should be denoted with the author’s surname and the year of publication (e.g.: using the data obtained by Dutrizac (1980) or using data from literature (Van der Geer, et al. 2010, Mettam and Adams, 2009).
• If the text contains two or more papers written by the same author(s) in the same year, the references should be differentiated by a letter; e.g.: (Benli, et al. 2015a).
• Journal names should be given in full and should not be translated.
